Shrimp Salad

We love this salad! its very fresh, easy to prepare, and has a light summery flavor
When I first served it to my hubby he was kind of skeptical from the weird mixture of ingredients but it has become a favorite of ours :) specially on Fridays when we try to not eat meat. We tried it in a taco shell and its pretty good and also as accompaniment for salad (just don't add too much greens or the flavor will get lost)
It is also a good appetizer if you are having a dinner party, served like a Ceviche in a martini glass or shot glass it would look very elegant ... just make sure you know before hand if any of the guests have a shellfish allergy

Ingredients:
Shrimp
Avocado
Mango
Cilantro
Lime
Dash of cayenne

(when it comes to this salad I eye ball it... I don't have a specific amount for the ingredients)
